Cabernet Marinated Grilled Asparagus

Cooking Directions:
Add Perrucci Family Cabernet, fresh Lemon Juice, Sea Salt, and minced Garlic in a small mixing bowl. Gentley stir and set aside.
Wash and trim fresh asparagus. Place dry asparagus in zip top bag.
Add marinade mixture and close tightly. Shake to distribute.
Refrigerate for 20 minutes or longer.
Heat charcoal grill to medium heat. Remove asparagus from bag and put onto grill.
Depending on the temperature of your grill, grill for 15-25 minutes, turning every 3-4 minutes, or until desired grill marks and tenderness is achieved.
Sprinkle with Black Pepper and serve.

1/2 cup Perrucci Family Cabernet
Juice of one half fresh Lemon
1 teaspoon Sea Salt
1 teaspoon minced Garlic in Oil
1 teaspoon fresh Black Pepper
